Best Realtor in North County. I think the real test of a business comes when things don't go so well. When we bought our home through Capstone the tub in the master had a leak. The seller agreed to fix it but it was leaking again 3 months later. Well as you might expect the seller and plumber who fixed it refused to correct the problem.
