Buyers often get led into merely picking out their favorite home without taking into account all of the information that should be considered when making such a serious decision. We research sales history, existing mortgages, comparable sales or trends in the area, and more on EVERY potential home that we send for your review. With this information we are able to spot good deals quickly and let our clients know when a home they are considering may not be in their best interest. Capstone agents are not just tour guides on your home buying journey. We are a team of real estate and negotiation experts who act as your personal home buying consultants.
- We communicate. We communicate with our clients through every step of the process. We are happy to call, text, or email according to your preference. We update our clients every week with a full report on what was done during the week. We are available after hours when needed and we give out our personal cell phone numbers!
- We have a background in lending. Getting a loan completed can be one of the most stressful and difficult parts of a home purchase. The founders of Capstone, Adam and Emily Manville, have extensive backgrounds in lending. Whether you go through our sister company, Empire Capital, or another lender, we are happy to review your documents and assist you throughout the transaction to ensure that your loan is being handled correctly. We can also provide a 5-minute, verbal pre-qualification at the beginning of your search to ensure you are working in the right direction. We are on your team!

Most MLS and public searches do not provide this information. We provide community information to our clients and incorporate these important items into their searches.
- The List. As a client of Capstone, you have access to the information on our “list”. As you can imagine, we deal with a LOT of homes and homeowners. We maintain a list of tried-and-tested service providers. We can provide you with referrals to home inspectors, plumbers, painters, cabinetmakers, gardeners, pest control companies and more.
- All buyers are welcome. We have extensive experience working with all types of buyers. This includes First Time Home Buyers, Relocation Buyers, Move-up and Move-down Buyers, Commercial Property Buyers, Investors and International Buyers. We have systems in place to assist in all situations.
- What is better than free? As a buyer working with Capstone, you pay NO commission or fee for anything we do for you. Everything we provide is done at no cost to yourself. When you complete your purchase, the seller’s broker covers the cost of commissions to the buyer’s broker.
