The List

As a client of Capstone, you have access to the information on “The List”. As you can imagine, we deal with a LOT of homes and homeowners. We maintain a list of tried-and-tested service providers. We can provide you with referrals to home inspectors, plumbers, painters, cabinetmakers, gardeners, pest control companies and more.

We welcome referrals from our clients for ALL service provider types. To be on our list, the service provider must have provided you with exceptional service and fair pricing. We are not looking for your average, run-of-the-mill provider! Whenever you feel that you have been provided exceptional service, please contact us with the provider’s information! This rewards the provider for his or her extra efforts, and helps us build a list of trusted providers for you and others to access when needed. Please understand that we cannot accept referrals to family members.

Feedback is vital! A provider will be removed from The List with ONE unsatisfactory review. No exceptions. This encourages the provider to take every project seriously. Referrals can never be guaranteed (because we are not performing the services ourselves) but you can feel comfortable knowing that any provider on our list has never had an unsatisfactory review by one of our clients.
