My wife and I just closed on our first house a few weeks ago. Capstone Realty made the entire process really easy and convenient. I give them 5 stars because I can’t imagine the home-buying experience getting any easier or more efficient. They showed us all of the houses we wanted to see, were very knowledgeable of the market, and got us approved and into an incredible loan. This brokerage is fantastic, and anyone looking to buy or sell their home should definitely give them a try.

Best Realtor in North County. I think the real test of a business comes when things don’t go so well. When we bought our home through Capstone the tub in the master had a leak. The seller agreed to fix it but it was leaking again 3 months later. Well as you might expect the seller and plumber who fixed it refused to correct the problem. Capstone brought their personal plumber to our house and fixed the problem free of charge. I can’t say enough about the professional nature and continued service we receiver through Capstone Realty. They are easy to work with and will take care of you when you need them most. I wish there were more companies like this and we wouldn’t need a Better Business Bureau. You will not regret using these guys for your new home purchase.

If I could award more than 5 stars, I would! We had a fantastic experience with Adam and Emily and the team at Capstone Realty. We recently purchased our first home and Capstone was outstanding! They found us exactly what we were looking for, negotiated a great price, gave us their undivided attention, and were extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of the business. They are the kindest people you will ever meet and working with them was a dream. They went above and beyond what I would have expected and now I would never consider using anyone but Capstone Realty. You will have a similar experience if you choose Capstone.

Emily and Adam are the best. They were able to negotiate a very fair offer for my home sale in 9 days!!! AMAZING. This is my second time using Capstone and I highly recommend them to anyone looking to purchase or sell a home. The purchase of my home was just as impressive. Emily was able to negotiate a price so much lower than listed that were shocked!!
Even if you are just starting to look for a place, they will not badger you but always available for you! They also have a great team working with them to help with your home repairs. I would never use another Realtor!

Emily at Capstone Realty has been an incredible agent for my husband and me. We moved to Carlsbad from Woodstock, Il. four years ago and obviously the prices of homes here can be somewhat of a culture shock. Capstone Realty was referred to us by an acquaintance. We were short selling our property and looking for a Realtor that had the experience to handle our transaction. Capstone was the perfect choice. 5 stars!!! Capstone is wonderful! They are very understanding and kind with ALL persons! Our home-buying experience would never have happened without all of their hard work. They were able to qualify us for a home when no one else could. They were patient, understanding, and ultimately, they persevered! Two years later, they continue to answer questions, and have helped us to refinance for a much better rate! Their service definitely goes above and beyond expectation!
