Best Realtor in North County. I think the real test of a business comes when things don’t go so well. When we bought our home through Capstone the tub in the master had a leak. The seller agreed to fix it but it was leaking again 3 months later. Well as you might expect the seller and plumber who fixed it refused to correct the problem. Capstone brought their personal plumber to our house and fixed the problem free of charge. I can’t say enough about the professional nature and continued service we receiver through Capstone Realty. They are easy to work with and will take care of you when you need them most. I wish there were more companies like this and we wouldn’t need a Better Business Bureau. You will not regret using these guys for your new home purchase.

I highly recommend Capstone Realty! We just bought our first house and I couldn’t be happier with the amazing job they did. We can’t believe what a great deal on the house and the loan they worked out for us. Even though I’m sure they are very busy with other clients I felt like they were relentlessly working on our house deal 24/7 because they were so diligent, on the ball and prompt. And they aren’t just good at what they do; they’re really nice, cool people too. They were always very helpful and patient with all of our questions. For example, when our lease was up and the house we were trying to purchase wasn’t ready yet, they even looked for a place for us to stay temporarily.
