On average, we sell 15 times more property than the majority of agents in our area.

In the most recent calendar year, properties in our area averaged 74 days on the market before selling. During that period, our average market time was just 18 days (excluding short sales). Our average market time with short sale listing included was just 31 days.

Over this same period, our average sales price was almost 4% above the rest of the market. That meant MORE MONEY in our client’s pockets.
