Best Realtor in North County. I think the real test of a business comes when things don’t go so well. When we bought our home through Capstone the tub in the master had a leak. The seller agreed to fix it but it was leaking again 3 months later. Well as you might expect the seller and plumber who fixed it refused to correct the problem. Capstone brought their personal plumber to our house and fixed the problem free of charge. I can’t say enough about the professional nature and continued service we receiver through Capstone Realty. They are easy to work with and will take care of you when you need them most. I wish there were more companies like this and we wouldn’t need a Better Business Bureau. You will not regret using these guys for your new home purchase.

Emily and Adam are the best. They were able to negotiate a very fair offer for my home sale in 9 days!!! AMAZING. This is my second time using Capstone and I highly recommend them to anyone looking to purchase or sell a home. The purchase of my home was just as impressive. Emily was able to negotiate a price so much lower than listed that were shocked!!

Even if you are just starting to look for a place, they will not badger you but always available for you! They also have a great  team working with them to help with your home repairs. I would never use another Realtor!

I highly recommend Capstone Realty! We just bought our first house and I couldn’t be happier with the amazing job they did. We can’t believe what a great deal on the house and the loan they worked out for us. Even though I’m sure they are very busy with other clients I felt like they were relentlessly working on our house deal 24/7 because they were so diligent, on the ball and prompt. And they aren’t just good at what they do; they’re really nice, cool people too. They were always very helpful and patient with all of our questions. For example, when our lease was up and the house we were trying to purchase wasn’t ready yet, they even looked for a place for us to stay temporarily. I needed a “true real estate professional”, a good friend referred me to Capstone, I can say now without hesitation that after 25 years as a licensed real estate and insurance professional it was the best referral I have ever received! I was involved in a very delicate and time sensitive 1031 tax deferred real estate exchange involving multi unit residential income property. Emily and her team helped us find an extensive amount of properties to view. She also did a financial analysis on each one, including cash flow projections, income and projected expense reports.
